Successful counselling

The Successful Counselling brochure explains the Swedish system of energy and climate advisory services that are provided by municipalities. It describes how the Swedish Energy Agency, its regional Energy Offices and municipalities collaborate so that private individuals and companies can gain the knowledge necessary to reduce their levels of energy utilisation. Successful Counselling is primarily aimed at politicians and decision-makers in other countries.
