Energy in Sweden 2001, has been published every year since the 1980's, provides an extensive review of energy supply and use, and of their effects on the environment. Developments in the energy sector are covered from 1970 to date, with consideration of categories such as types of energy sources, types of energy carriers, energy use and the environmental impact of both energy supply and energy use. Although much of the detailed statistical data is concentrated on Sweden, the publication also continues its coverage of worldwide statistics and trends. Statistics in this year's edition have been revised in comparison with those of previous editions. The revisions cover the years from 1983 to 2000, although the data for 1999 and 2000 are based on preliminary figures.
